Score In the Community: 14th Annual USO Benefit Ride
One of the core values at Score is that, in order to be successful, one must be compliant. We’ve made this promise our slogan. According to Ary Carmona, vice president of Score Inc, “we understand that helping others is the only way to success.”
Score Inc got involved with the community and attended the 14th Annual USO Benefit Ride. The event led the Greater Jacksonville Area USO, gathered motorcycle riders from all walks of life to raise funds for the USO Care Package Program.
Motorcycle riders raise funds for USO
In an effort to help and support American troops overseas, hundreds of motorcycle riders gathered at the Orlando Harley-Davidson South, from which they rode 77 miles through Central Florida during the 14th Annual USO Benefit Ride on September 15th.
Trooper Steve: “The USO is everything to every military member”
Having served eight years as a Florida Highway Patrol, Steven Montiero seamlessly transitioned to CBS news affiliate News 6 (WKMG) as a traffic safety expert. But before he became Trooper Steve, he had done a tour in Iraq with the Air Force.
Why care packages help our soldiers feel connected to home
“There’s nothing more than having that connection to home when you’re away,” Crystal Bracero, event coordinator for Orlando Harvey-Davidson, said to ScoreInc. “Must of us know a loved one or a friend who has served and we owe them our freedom”.
Museum of Military History showcases the cost of freedom
